Deadlines

The final registration deadline is February 16, 2024. 

The deadline to receive the hotel group rate has passed. 

Hotel Information 

Register for the SCALL group rate online.

The group rate is $210 per night ($195 room fee + $15 resort fee) for a standard king or double queen room, plus a $20 per night per vehicle valet fee, plus taxes (currently 12% occupancy, 2% TBID assessment, and $0.73 California Tourism Assessment). There is a an additional $20 per night fee for triple occupancy and $40 per night fee for quad occupancy. 

The group rate includes complimentary internet and complimentary luggage storage on Friday from 11 am until check-in at 4 pm. For an accessible room, please check the Accessible Room box when booking. 

Tickets for Meal Guests

Please note that the guest option on this form is used to register multiple conference attendees. If you would instead like to bring a friend, family member, or date as a guest to one or more meals, please use the separate registration form for meal guests.

For Vendors

Although SCALL welcomes attendees who are affiliated with vendors, an individual registered for the Institute as an attendee should not engage in marketing or other promotion of any product, resource or event during the Institute. Anyone wishing to market to Institute attendees should register as an exhibitor or contact Jennifer Berman, jberman@mwe.com, to discuss providing sponsorship.
