Deadlines

The early bird registration deadline is December 13, 2024. After early bird ends, registration will increase to $190 for non-members, $180 for members, and $90 for students, retirees, and unemployed librarians.

The deadline to receive the hotel group rate is January 6, 2025.

The final registration deadline is January 23, 2025.

Hotel Information

Register for the SCALL group rate online. 

The group rate is $208 per night, plus tax, for a king or double queen room.

The hotel's online booking form indicates that there is a $27 per night destination fee, but the hotel has agreed to waive this fee for SCALL Institute attendees. Please double check your final bill when checking out on February 8 to ensure that you are not charged any destination fees.

Overnight valet parking is $59 per day with in and out privileges.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. The hotel has asked us to emphasize that these times are firm.

Tickets for Meal Guests

Please note that the guest option on this form is used to register multiple conference attendees. If you would instead like to bring a friend, family member, or date as a guest to one or more meals, please use the separate registration form for meal guests. 

For Vendors

Although SCALL welcomes attendees who are affiliated with vendors, an individual registered for the Institute as an attendee should not engage in marketing or other promotion of any product, resource or event during the Institute. Anyone wishing to market to Institute attendees should register as an exhibitor or contact Diana C. Jaque, djaque@law.usc.edu, to discuss sponsorship options.
