Deadline

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the SCALL Institute! The deadline to register as an exhibitor and to receive the hotel group rate is February 5, 2026. 

Hotel Information 

Register for the SCALL group rate online.

The group rate is $209 per night, plus tax and a $17.50 resort fee. Self-parking is included in the resort fee. 

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am.

Additional Details

Please note that exhibitors may not represent two unrelated companies in the same exhibit space. If you wish to exhibit for two companies, please purchase two exhibitor registrations.

Additionally, unless otherwise authorized by SCALL, all marketing, including promotion of products, resources or events, must take place at the exhibitor’s designated table. Marketing materials, including handouts and merchandise, should be distributed only at the exhibitor’s table. For additional promotional opportunities, including placing marketing materials into the attendee bags, please ask about sponsorship.
