Deadlines

The early bird registration deadline is January 16, 2026. After early bird ends, registration will increase to $195 for non-members, $185 for members, and $93 for students, retirees, and unemployed librarians.

The deadline to receive the hotel group rate is February 5, 2026.

The final registration deadline is February 9, 2026.

Hotel Information

Register for the SCALL group rate online. 

The group rate is $209 per night, plus tax and a $17.50 resort fee. Self-parking is included in the resort fee. 

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am.

Tickets for Meal Guests

Please note that the guest option on this form is used to register multiple conference attendees. If you would instead like to bring a friend, family member, or date as a guest to one or more meals, please use the separate registration form for meal guests. 

For Vendors

Although SCALL welcomes attendees who are affiliated with vendors, an individual registered for the Institute as an attendee should not engage in marketing or other promotion of any product, resource or event during the Institute. Anyone wishing to market to Institute attendees should register as an exhibitor or contact Diana Jaque, jaque@usc.edu, to discuss sponsorship options.
